Are you struggling with consistency in your golf game?
If yes, then you're at the right place.
It is my passion to help golfers just like yourself play better golf.
But before you get too excited, this isn't some "gimmick" or "magic trick".
You should be working just as hard on your mental game as your physical one.
How do you deal with negative emotions and self-talk on the course? Is this even something that you are aware of?
If not, it should be!
Are you able to re-focus after a bad hole and not let it derail your whole round?
What type of routines do you have in place, on and off the course? How often do you re-assess these routines and endeavor to improve them?
How does your decision making fair during times of stress?
These are just a few aspects of your mental game that you should be actively working on.
But there is no need for you to figure it out alone.
Believe me, I have been there. As a young cricketer throughout primary school and high school and an avid hockey player at university, sport brought me tremendous joy but unfortunately it was coupled with deep disappointment, anger and unnecessary failure too.
It doesn’t have to be that way for you.
In actual fact, it shouldn’t!
I would love to help you develop mental processes that will enable you to play your best golf.
Just like I have done for numerous golfers for over 15 years.
So if you would like to set up a session and discuss what is holding you back from being the golfer that you aspire to be, I am one click away!
Focus Band is a wearable brain sensing headset that I have utilized for over 5 years with much success, on the range and during putting practice sessions with my clients.
In short, the brain is constantly generating different analogue brain frequencies and depending what you or I are doing, these brain frequencies range from Delta waves (a deep, dreamless sleep) to Gamma waves which indicate heightened perception or extreme focus.
When placed on a players forehead, the FocusBand accurately measures these frequencies using 3 silver oxide sensors and sends the results to an app which I read and interpret on a tablet, in real-time, during the session.
So what does this mean for you?
Well a lot actually!
Using this amazing tool, I am able to set an objective benchmark for you during your first FocusBand session.
This means that we can measure the number of “quiet eye moments” achieved when focusing on, for example, sinking a putt.
From there, I will guide and train you to achieve these “quiet eye moments” of extreme focus more often and with more certainty leading to, you guessed it, improved results.
This device has been, and is being used extensively across the globe to help the finest golfing talents achieve greatness.
My 1-hour Focusband Sessions are R1350.
I work in Pretoria, Centurion, JHB and Cape Town.
